I need a 6-letter word for 'quality'

We need a name for our Quality Improvement Team.

Hi Anthony - I'm afraid the best I can find is VIRTUE. That certainly means 'quality' in some senses, but wouldn't work very well in your context (i.e. Virtue Improvement Team sounds silly). It's a shame you're restricted to six letters, as there are plenty of other good synonyms.
